Pelvic floor therapy, or PFT, is a specialized treatment that focuses on strengthening and/or relaxing the muscles of the pelvic floor to improve function and quality of life for patients suffering from conditions such as urinary leakage/incontinence, painful sex, vaginismus, chronic pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, endometriosis, and PCOS.

2SLGBTQ+ HEALTH
We understand that receiving medical care can be an anxiety-inducing experience for many different reasons. Our goal is to provide an understanding and inclusive environment free from judgment, discrimination, or prejudice.
We are committed to providing inclusive services and care for those in the 2SLGBTQ+ community. Queer and trans patients have different health needs than our heterosexual and cisgender peers. Our staff strive to ensure that 2SLGBTQ+ patients receive the level of care that everyone deserves.
BIRTH CONTROL
We offer a variety of birth control options including scheduled birth control (the pill, the patch, the ring), low maintenance birth control (the shot), and clinician-placed birth control, also called long-acting reversible contraception (LARC), such as the IUD and implant.

In addition to pregnancy prevention, birth control can also help with menstrual regulation, acne, PMDD, endometriosis, PCOS, painful periods, ovarian cysts, and can even help prevent certain cancers. Many birth control methods can be used to skip your periods, which is totally safe and healthy to do!
